Think about it: COVID mostly kills dark-skinned people, and mostly in urban centers.

There's your motive right there. Country farmer CHRISTIANS are trying to take over the world.

Next, you got the riots: Trying to start a race war to kill all minorities.

Another plausible motive.

Even if the race war doesn't happen, the riots will get law-and-order Trump re-elected. Third motive.
