Dude, you gotta work on your video. Your title, your thumbnail intrigued me. But the initial 5 minutes of over exposed video with poor sound quality with you in front of a bland white wall with various disused camera & books in the background starting out with a droll conversation with someone off screen about a topic that the scenery & audio already has me too bored to care about.

Conceptually it's good. Your execution is bad.

BTW, that suit, that hair....it's not working for you in a setting that will never work for anyone. I say all this because you need to work on it. The concept is there, but you gotta work on the execution. At least two cameras. One on you. One on your guest(s). Then do post processing cutting back and forth. Lighting, need better lighting. Scenery, need that too. An introduction where you tell us why you're there, what you're going to talk about......get us ready for this 3 hour marathon. Scratch that....nix the 3 hour bland video. 30 - 45 minutes until you get a real following. Then string the audience along for +3hrs to work in that ad revenue.
