The really interesting thing is Dept. Of Treasury issues all US coins.

The Federal Reserve is the one experiencing the coin shortage, and they no longer matter. This was another DS cash laundry cow. The Treasury's seal is red. Federal Reserve used the green seal.

I figured since Trump just handed over control of the United States Treasury and the Federal Reserve to Blackrock which is an Israeli company. They might be able mint up some spare change for the people with the trillions of dollars they just stole from us. I was just making a joke! Another factoid, Treasury notes also have yellow or gold seals as well as Blue Seals known as the Silver Certificate.
