I've seen a video where they had the father tied to a chair, sitting half way in the shower since he was given no bathroom options and to catch the blood. They raped and murdered his daughter in front of him then left him to die.

That's extreme, but they show it to the rest of the people at the table where he used to sit at their next meeting.

What became common for the Hollywood types, and this happened to DeNiro - they would bring girls who were legal in the situation [Eg. France you can sleep with a 16 year old in some places] and then just film that, totally consensual, although the girls are addicted to heroin or imported and don't have any control over their lives.

Another ploy they use is having a party where someone indulges in the back room [Stephen Colbert] and then his indulgence is found overdosed the next day.
