Looks like both IMDb and GLP forums were designed by the same people. I have visited a lot of forums, but don't remember this same design anywhere else. Both forums have custom design that is not available on mainstream forum engines. I think it's safe to say that both IMDb and GLP are owned by the same people. Officially IMDb is owned by Amazon, while GLP is owned by Zero Point Ltd. The interesting thing would be to discover who owns both Amazon and Zero Point on the top of the pyramid.
