Isn't it common knowledge that most science is not true. It is only a placeholder vision based on on the research that was done. And then often generalised to apply to bigger fields.

Science and visions are always changing, however the way of thinking and finding the truth you do get with science even if what we know today is not accurate. It is still quite more accurate than bogus claims made hundreds of years ago.

Then that means that most scientific literature must be proven extensively in front of an unaffiliated panel before being published.
