Could be. I think Jews are mentioned, though. My impression is this is indeed a thousands of years old hidden agenda, conspiracy, and that it's a particular type of human that would be involved, referring to t/K Selection Theory.

The reason Jews are so dedicated to what I call legalism, or Satanism, is it seems they innately have nothing else. I relate this to the notion, I think it was Owen Benjamin who said it, that the Jewish people as such has a feminine nature or 'people spirit.'
