They tried to pull this when I found out I was pregnant, if it was in hospital, but if they referred it out to a different imaging place i COULD bring my husband. There has been information that the sonogram can be "loud" and damaging to babies. My son (pregnant at 34) I only decided to get a sonogram because I did not feel him kicking at 19 weeks.
