Satanic child abuse isn't a real thing, except perhaps in very rare individual cases. The vast majority of cases reported come from "recovered memories," which are actually fantasies created by the interaction of psychologists with young children. This has been demonstrated again and again and again.

The most obvious example is the McMartin Pre-School trials. Nothing the children claimed was going on was happening. The underground chambers and tunnels were the children claimed they were tortured didn't exist. No corpses were ever found. It was all fantasy, created by well-meaning but very, very foolish child counselors, who were themselves convinced before interacting with the children that Satanic ritual child abuse was a real thing. They projected their presuppositions and beliefs onto the impressionable minds of the young children, with predictable results.

There is no systemic Satanic ritual child abuse. It is as elusive as flying saucers and Bigfoot.
