If the vaccination is effective, then won't the refusniks only be a danger to themselves alone?

All of these threats of mandatory vaccinations are intended to get you to accept far less draconian tactics without pushing back. If you are afraid of and waiting for that level of tyranny not only do you discredit yourself trying to warn others but you won't do anything when they simply say you can't go back to school without one, or when they get your friends to insult and mock you. At first it will just be things you can live without. Online school instead of in class, no concerts or theaters but they waste your time anyway, no bars but you're saving money.

By the time they get to anything mandatory you will have no friends, you will be worn down, you will be surrounded by chipped sheep, and resistance will seem futile.
