Salt is more soluble in warm water than cold water. Salt crystals will precipitate in freezing salt water before water crystals(ice). Could be that even a slight difference in temps causes the salt solution to diffuse at a faster rate.

Right. Prof. Trevor Marshall has found resonances in other more complex biomolecules also in the microwave range. Water is just the most simple molecule to start with, but the principle will be the same for all of them. But the complex (biological) interactions that follow from such forces and effects, are completely unpredictable. Most authority worshippers think that there must be a single all-encompassing universal explanation for why EM-fields are harmful, and if such an explanation is not presented to them, then cell phones must be safe.

Here we can already see that the implications from such a simple experiment like this, can be very complex, and you could take multiple branches and follow the train of thoughts into many fields, and see potential consequences going every which way.

There is no simple answer to why EM-fields are harmful, unless you simply accept that the main mechanism is death my a thousand cuts, rather than one single blow.

How many Russian households use a microwave?

RoundWheel

Yes. Since guy did research that shows water can mechanically filter itself and generate voltage.

Sorry, don't remember the name of the lecturer. Was very interesting stuff. Definitely more to water than we generally recognized.

So can you transmute water into beer?

qwop

Good question. 0.4 W/kg is not much, but the temperature was still taken into account:

The standard deviation of water temperature in the setup was 0.02 °C

nwguy

nope

Not only did they take into account, it was probably the plan from the beginning. It wouldn't be difficult to tell all of the phones in a certain area to concentrate and tune their signals to irradiate a specific target.
