I was raised christian but I'm not anymore, I still refer to the bible alot though.

I think humans create a natural garden like a food forrest as they make tribes and spread. I think in the book of Revelation when they talk about the new world I think it's about turning the whole earth into a garden that is beneficial to the environment, people and animals living there. Creating heaven on earth is the great human perogative, but everyone wants to do it differently. Some people don't want to do it at all and those are the people making hell on earth for everyone else, making us work against our human nature. Eves apple is a metaphors for agriculture, a necessary evil to compete with other humans.

I'd die happy knowing I've set into motion creating heaven on earth for my future generations. It seems likely that its just void after you die and you turn to dust, but I wouldn't mind a heaven. I found considering the lack of an afterlife made me want to make my life better here on earth for myself and others instead of struggling needlessly in hopes of earning my place in the afterlife
