Sure, and literally ALL plants since the first nuclear tests are contaminated. That's how Kodak found out about the nuke tests and why they required a special supply-chain for their paper secured in secret by the government.

SO.... WHAT are the levels and what are DANGEROUS levels. Detectable does not mean dangerous, or at least not necessarily more dangerous that a healthy walk in the sun, drinking pre-fukushima water, eating plants, etc.
