/v/askvoat is not the only default sub that's being sanitized. Have a look through the modlog for /v/news - 56700 subscribers, and a default.

There are 'unpopular' (to some) news items clearly being delete. People here are trying to 'sway the debate' this isn't deddit guyz.

I'm honestly not trying to sway the debate, I just didn't really see an awful lot wrong with any of the removals. Which ones do you consider contentious? I'll take another look at them if you like.

I don't think that this is anything malicious, he gives an explanation each time and seems genuinely apologetic at times.

To be clear, I couldn't find any evidence of the SJW agenda in /v/news that was evident in /v/askvoat - looks like garden-variety mod power tripping. But @atko made it pretty clear that this sort of behavior is unacceptable in a default subverse.

And even then, if you look at one of his more recent comments you can see he has heard Atko about modding aggressively.

Additionally, all of those submissions are taken down before they gain and tractions, the reasons don't seem agenda driven and do seem to be reasonable.

I'm not seeing a specific problem, unless someone can point to something more detailed than just the modlog.
