That's the Kirtland temple owned by The Community of Christ. They also allow female priests. They aren't the church people think of when you say "Mormon".

I applaud you for looking into the symbols. There's a lot of sacred geometry and esoteric knowledge kept by ruling elites for millenia. The symbols themselves aren't juts "satanic" in their own. THey may be used that way, but any tool can be used for good or evil.
