I stopped using that site when they deleted every negative review I had ever left for the last decade. Then, when I tried to leave a bad review for a new motel they refused to post it. I even tried leaving a 5-star review, saying things like "This motel is where it's at when you're looking for a place with the most dirt and hair on the floor." They still wouldn't post it. So tripadvisor is manipulating reviews for their clients, which means it's completely useless.
