Adorno, Else Frenkel-Brunswik, Daniel Levinson,and Nevitt Sanford and published in 1950 as The Authoritarian Personality, the study used an interdis-ciplinary approach aimed at understanding whether authoritarian tendencies remain latent or dor-mant."
