I've heard the stat you opened with but I doubt how accurate the quote is. (I'll discuss this in a minute.) I'm more familiar with the pull-quotes from people like "The Femitheist" who want men reduced in population. I think you can have complete state control -- and I think it is "sustainable" -- in fact, I think sustainable is a buzzword for this idea. Now, no one would choose the end result (much like being hooked up to a feeding tube) but they're ... gah... dumb enough to vote themselves each step that leads there. The allure is security. You mention that millions of men are "dropping out and refusing to be tax mules." Okay. How will they pay their mandatory Obamacare? These men can easily become criminals. America has set a precedent that people must contribute to a for-profit industry -- or be a criminal. Ok. Let's be criminals and drop out. At some point, if we get caught, the state will shackle us to the feeding trough and we're back in the matrix. Millions of men could be picked off individually. This would slowly (over two generations) create the harem state.

Now, back to most men not breeding before agriculture and civilization. I tend not to believe any "evolutionary psychology" -- but my beliefs do not matter. It's the beliefs of "culture drivers" that matter. And those delusions are absolutely the ubermensch Gor fantasies of a privileged class.

I've been thinking about this one for a while. I think that GamerGate pretty well reveals that a lot of "feminism" has been embraced by the MSM. (There's always "a woman's opinion," etc.) What people don't notice is that the MSM is the very "patriarchy" the "smash the patriarchy" crowd claims to hate. And so is the government -- which "feminists" hope will enforce their policies, laws, and opinions. This is no lesbian collective heading off to Alaska to make a manfree zone. (I'm not even opposed to that sort. If you don't like a group -- any group -- and want to disassociate, what better answer could you find?) No, this is close to an inversion of a power structure. Why would "the Patriarchy" play along with it?

The rich men who own the patriarchy hope (perhaps not consciously) to subvert the single man - single woman pairing and family unit. My assessment is that this kind of pairing and an expectation of sexual fidelity was the product of Christian ethicists and social engineers of Late Antiquity. I think the desire (subliminal or not) is to reinstate a harem-based society in which rich men breed with many women, but 85% of men never breed. I think the depopulation will follow that scheme. Women will be funded by the state. Men will be crushed out of breeding except for the top 10% or so. I think that's why the two ideas run in parallel.

I honestly believe that it is to a degree. It did not start out with this purpose but overtime it has been reinforced to encourage a type of population control. This has been increased with a subtle cultural push of homosexuality and more recently with transgenders.

I would say Feminism (real feminism from about 2 decade's ago and before that) was about uniting people where privilege was denied. It's roots are about equality for ALL in the sense that men could do do things that woman would typically do aswell as allowing women to do things that men typically do.

Today, "feminism" is a hijacked symbol taken by oppressors. Much like how the Nazi party took the symbol of peace (swastika) and turned it into something evil. Hence the term femi-nazi which is used often to describe many who claim to be a "feminist".

The current mainstream "feminism" is about divide and conquer more than anything i would say. IT gets people fighting, arguing, and splits society and people apart. This comes down to social control in the end. Divide and rule is the highest order of the "elite" because they know how well it distracts, misinforms and weakens society. When the people are too focused on fighting each other, they don't see the ones behind the curtain pulling their strings.
