I thought Donald Trump was merely a distraction to drive media corporation profits and keep the Proles occupied while The Powers That Be set in place the actor who will actually play the next POTUS.

Then I realized Trump is an expert at one important thing; declaring bankruptcy.

Who would The Powers That Be want playing POTUS when the big economic debt collapse happens?

Like Hoover and Hitler, that person would be portrayed in children's textbooks for the next 100 years as the ultimate demon.
