Well it's happening here to. There is now no more liability protection against covid for buisnesses, which means they can be sued by customers if they catch covid which gives employers incentive to require their employees to vaccinate which is legal under the constitution and is incentive for buisnesses to hang a sign that says "no shoes no shirt no vaccine proof no service" not to mention it is also legal and likely for states to mandate it as well
