How come all these guys who get their head cut off by ISIS aren't going for one last fight? ( conspiracy )

Seems to me if I knew they were going to cut off my head I'd really start trying to fight for my right to party. Why do these guys seem to just sit there and take it? (Other than the fact that the videos are fake)

Can't speak for them. But I was a contractor in Afghanistan a while back. Case of mistaken identity got us run off of the road by British SAS. Once we went in the ditch, they were on us quick. Guy was screaming and poking me in the head with the barrel of his HK. Any illusions that I had of being "brave", or "prepared for anything", went right out the window. I'm a pretty testosterone laden dude, but my voice went as high as a five year old girl, when I tried to explain who we were.

Those dudes totally owned us. I have been shot at before, but it was a completely different feeling to having a gun stabbed into your temple over and over.

Was a real eye opener for me.

Yeah, except that situation is totally different. You had an avenue to talk things out and everything came out fine.

Did the SAS guy setup a camera, stand next to you, do a big speech?

If they wanted to use me for one of their videos they wouldn't wind up with a clean ending. They'd have an awkward tussle that might end up with me dead. Good. No Oscar worthy performance from me. All messy.

I don't know if it's different or not. All I know is that there was a big disparity between how I acted and how I always thought that I would act. If those guys had tied me up, thrown a bag over my head and threw me in a room, I would have complied. Wouldn't have had any choice. Not saying I would have blown them or anything, but I can understand how someone could be led to their death, hoping for the best. Like in the ISIS videos of the mass slaughter.
