Take a video like the Dagestan Massacre, and look closely at how the captives struggle for their lives, trying to fend off their killers. This is a real video of real beheadings. The ISIS videos are choreographed and overproduced beyond plausibility. Not only that, the victims' emotions and actions are unrealistic.
