White phosphorous is illegal but Israel never gets in trouble for using it , no surprise that the US gov. is selling it to the crooks running Ukraine.

Israel is above the law, I won't be surprised if its members of the IDF or Mossad that are using it on the Ukrainian people. After all they are just goyim like the Palestinians.
