People keep bringing this up but I have yet to understand why a government would do this in the first place. "Because they are evil" is not a valid reason.

It's just not logical to poison the air of the planet you live on just because.

Like most of you, I suspect it's more slow-kill tech and certainly not some defense weapon. The contrails are likely neurotoxic and accumulative.

It's also probably the same outfits that did this the first time (with lead poisoning): General Motors, E.I. duPont, and Standard Oil of New Jersey (now Exxon).

These people are untouchable for their crimes. [One of the Dupont Heirs raped his son and duaghter (8yo and 3yo) multiple times last year and was deemed 'unfit for jail' despite admission of guilt. -They are untouchable for ANY crime, a caveat of their cooperation].

This Contrail program is likely replacing the Lead poisoning programs, which were just barely stopped. (The companies used outright lies and fabricated data justifying its use, and continues to use this poison where legislation does not prevent them).

Remember too, how Neil Degrasse speculated that LEAD was likely a large factor in the decline of the Roman Empire. (Cosmos episode 1).

Also, note how these companies sued the gov't to prevent it from testing Lead levels in blood.. They supported a known problem for decades, finally in 1986 they stopped.. (IN america at least- Africa STILL has leaded gas, supplied from OCtel (exxon sub)).

Keep them dumb, sick, blind = weaken the race/society. This is the epitome of slow-kill technique. -MUCH LESS resistance this way. And by the time it becomes common knowledge: the damage has been done. When a society is crumbling from within, there's little need to worry about them evolving into any tangible threat.
