Could somebody ELI5 this debate for me. I started reading the thread, but then I quickly realized that I have no idea what all of this is about. What are the negative effects of being vaccinated? In what way do they outweigh the benefits? How are vaccinated kids a danger to vaccinated ones? Doesn't being vaccinated mean that you are now immune to the disease?

I'm not a troll or anything I seriously don't get why this is such a hot all of a sudden.

I have noticed this as well a few days ago. Tons of post making fun of vaccine doubters and otherwise shoving vaccine in your face. I rarely open /r/funny , but even there was vaccine propaganda. That's about when I unsubbed from /r/conspiracy and completely lost trust in every default subreddit.
