If this is true, it would be easy to find the Supreme Court records of this testimony. I cannot.

If this is false, it is instructive to run a Google search to see which websites are promoting this story. Those website can then be added to your research list of "unreliable" or "disinformation" sites.

I appreciate any efforts to verify the info in the article, including the supporting documents. Disinformation can serve to discredit a legitimate issue.

This article is false, I just did my own independent research and I cannot find the news story in any respectable newspapers or academic journals.
