Those are apparently fake, but in general vibrations make sound. Lots of things can cause vibration. If the vibrations are at the right frequency you'll have harmonic reinforcement that causes sound amplification.

For a concrete example, think of how you can make a similar sound by blowing over an open soda bottle. Now consider wind blowing over a cave entrance.

Most logical explanation I heard was that the sounds resulted from underground tunneling or drilling equipment. I think that was posted in a thread about DUMB (deep underground military bases). Regardless, I didn't find any merit to that idea anywhere. My alternative explanation is that it is in the same vein as flat Earth theory, could be bullshit designed to take attention away from something else or discredit conspiracy in general.
