Fake planes, and fake victims, and no real crime. The guilty parties are network executives who lied to the country.

Depending on who you believe it was Israel for some convoluted reason I don't really understand, or the Saudis because the Saudis have a monumentally long history of funding Jihadi terrorism that continues un-interupted to today (ISIS).
