No. We sold them a fleet of F16s, apache helicopters, tomahawk missiles, etc. in 2011 as part of the defense bill. The Saudis are armed to the teeth with American made WMDs.

Bullshit. If anyone dropped a neutron bomb it would be very easy to detect the radiation.
