The time zone difference would be minus or plus hours depending on the time zones. In Virginia it is 3:43, central 2:43, mountain 1:43 and so on. So there is no reason it should be 14 minutes prior to the killing.

Well it seems to be staged. Her boyfriend posted a tweet about her death 14 minutes before it happened.
