Exactly. I know that the US government has commissioned software to allow for the control of many social media accounts by a small number of people, I wonder if this could be related. It was called PERSONA or something.

I think this type of software was used to engineer the rebellions in North Africa (Arab Spring). I also suspect something like it is also being used for all of the police-involved shootings going on in the US recently (I mean, usually when there is a shooting that gets a lot of attention, things quiet down because people are more aware. In this case, it's the opposite. They are intensifying when they should be more careful.)

I wonder if the Indian government is aware of this method of social manipulation and the shutdown is in response.
