I live in Australia, I think we (I guess NZ would get included in this) will be lucky enough to escape from the uprising. Having 3 people per square Km has some advantages I think.

Thankfully, you don't need a bolthole with an airstrip, you just need a few acres outside of a rural town. Just enough to grow your own food, more than a few days walk from the nearest semi-major city.
