Read Dave McGowan's online book "Wagging the Moondoggie."

Research the evidence, note that he is wrong about NOTHING, then get back to us.

A quick Google search will find it. He's an EXCELLENT researcher and writer--I'd also HIGHLY recommend his book about the Laurel Canyon scene in the 60s.

Faked... at least the Saturn rocket ones.

the Secret Space program might've went. but i got no info about that

FriedBizkit

At least once...maybe not the first time. But surely once.

FriedBizkit

Me either. As much as I have seen the topic thrown around, I have never looked into it. There is a documentary that suggests that Stanley Kubrick created the moon landing and that he gave evidence/hints secretly within his movies. Found it.

Jansen

See, this is what I mean when I write "Enjoy reading about moon landing denial."

QuestionEverything

They left a laser reflection mirror there. You can go to some astronomy clubs and actually engage it. It's kind of conclusive proof. Buzz and those guys are the real thing. The real conspiracy is why they won't let them discuss UFO's.

Splinter

I don't know exactly how I feel. I've read conspiracy theories that say we have a base there, and others that say the van allen belts would've absolutely prevented astronauts from getting there safely in 1969. I do think the footage is sketchy, it looks like it was shot in a studio to me. Honestly, I think we've probably been there, but the footage we were shown in 69' was fake, maybe we weren't there that early.

Empire_of_the_mind

If you want to discuss the moon landing feel free to post information about or it start a discussion. This reads more like a survey, which is pointless.

That said, I've once seen a video of a russian guy using some advanced medical imagery software on moon landing photo's and I've NEVER been able to find it again. Please post if you know what I'm talking about.

salvia_d

One might have been faked, but not all six.

OWNtheNWO

This. First landing was faked as a propaganda stunt to beat the Russians.

Fart_McFart_Fart

Even members of my Astronomy club say this. Some of which are incredibly intelligent and are actually professors. I'm not sure what to think about it myself, I've always had an open mind about everything I hear and try to listen to as many sides of every story as I can. The propaganda value of such a thing would have been so...astronomical B^) .... that I could totally see the US doing something like that just because of how giant of an enemy Russia was to us at the time. The later ones however definitely happened in my opinion though.

OWNtheNWO

Occams razor

undeniable discrepancies in some of the original footage + cold war fervor + propaganda competition to be first to the moon = win by any means necessary

Kind of strange that EVERYTHING relating to the Apollo Program is gone isn't it? Over 700 Gaylords (HUGE boxes) of film, computer printouts, telemetry, data tapes, blueprints, specs, records...all GONE. NASA has been trying to find them to no avail for 25 years. Wouldn't you think that stuff would be in the National Archives or something?

Plus...nearly every "moon rock" given out by the government to ambassadors have been authenticated and they are ALL phony. Either they are of Earth origin--flung here by the Moon to collect in Antarctica (funny, before the missions Von Braun and team had a long expedition to...guess where?--Antarctica) or, in the case with at least a few (the Dutch "moon rock" comes to mind) the "moon rock" is actually petrified wood.

Keep in mind that this was given to them, with great ceremony, by NASA. Did a few pieces of moon-rock-looking petrified wood somehow slip into the pile?

Those Saturn Vs WERE launched and they DID go to space...however they did NOT cross through the Van Allen belts during the apogee of solar flare activity (Summer 1969).

I believe that probes not only put down the laser retroreflector--they also took millions of photos of the Moon's surface...which Kubrick later used to fake the landings.

I don't think consensus is good for a conspiracy-related forum, the whole idea of a conspiracy theory demands that there isn't general consensus. If we demand it here, then hello "acceptable conspiracy theories vs. silly conspiracy theories" which in it self is detrimental to a place like this.

On a personal level I believe it happened based on the evidence I'm presented with when weighed up against the evidence against/lack of supporting evidence.

I still enjoy reading about moon-landing denial.

Berohn

Good point about consensus. I'll choose my word more carefully.

shill

Berohn

Should have expected that I suppose.

FriedBizkit

Nah, I've enjoyed reading something different for a change. And I remembered a documentary that I haven't seen in a while, so good post.

000cccpcharm

ya we like to focus on the problem, "central banking"

no1113

That's beyond not the "only" problem, son.
