I don't think so? The US govt (I'm american) has a certain track record and releasing controversial research and admitting they didn't know what was going on with UFO's seems REALLLY out of character. Frankly I think it's shocking that the Europeans did it (Sweden and Netherlands maybe?). Their laws required it imagine.

I read some other link about this, too. The impression I got is that he's had access to the government research on the topic and feels like it should be public. Other countries have released their UFO documents, several in Europe, and they show solid evidence of incidents and admit openly that they have no idea what is going on. Can you imagine the Americans doing such a thing hahahah.

I wonder if by UFO he means ET or secret military aircraft.
