Ever read the Air Force journal "Owning the Weather by 2025"?

Why do you think we have aluminum and barium being sprayed over our heads every day... which just happen to coincide with the worst storms that the world has yet to see?

I've been flying for a long time..."chemtrails" simply didn't exist before 1999...and as I mentioned before, I noted the first time I saw them in my logbook. June 12, 1999.

"Weather modification, particularly hostile weather warfare, was addressed by the "United Nations General Assembly Resolution 31/72, TIAS 9614 Convention[18] on the Prohibition of Military or Any Other Hostile Use of Environmental Modification Techniques." The Convention was signed in Geneva on May 18, 1977; entered into force on October 5, 1978; ratified by U.S. President Jimmy Carter on December 13, 1979; and the U.S. ratification deposited at New York January 17, 1980.[19]" Source.

Weather modification has been around for a loooonnng time.
