Congress was supposed to have fixed this after the Bush administration's shadowy "Douglas Feith office" where the intelligence agency would come up with one set of reports and the White House would come up with another set of reports which were the only ones to be presented to the President and the American public. I'm glad they came out in public with this. That kind of shit has to stop. It gives administrations an excuse to go to war as well as a defense from accountability when the shit hits the fan.
