I've read other reports that he was on dialysis shortly before 9/11. I don't know how long you can live on dialysis, but I don't think it very long. Plus they really didn't want to find him. The ultimate ghost threat.

Yeah I think Osama had a good idea of who perpetrated 9/11 way before the truth movement figured it out.

We were led to believe Osama admitted that he staged 9/11.
