Luckily, the government cannot just nullify a Bill of Rights Amendment.

They'd first need an Article V convention, and even then they'd need majority... At least, I would think.

This will only take guns away to honest civilians and leave them to be exploited by common criminals, and worse THE US GOVERNMENT. The second amendment was made to protect us from government, government wants to take this away. How is it that the common person cant see that this is a bad idea. It is like if all the goons in organized hockey unionized to get high sticking rules thrown out so they can beat the shit out of people with their sticks.

If this does become a law the people need to use the state power of nullification to stop this atrocity.
