Strangely enough, there is a whole group of 'ancient Earth breakaway civilization' adherents and some present quite the compelling evidence. Although, I am somewhat biased - I like the idea behind breakaway civilizations. Here is an interview from David Wilcock and a guy named Corey Goode who has allegedly made contact with these civilizations. He goes into detail in another article about how one of the groups made contact with above Earth humans and they made a pact - this is the Dracos and they help spread the hate/evil or something along those lines. They hate us and feel this is their planet? Anyways, its a fun read.
