Well as a cia front organization I'm not exactly shocked.

I don't believe them,

What they are really trying to do; become the main stream media in internet form.

Nobody believes main stream media anymore as we have the digital era & information at our finger tips, we get information before the main stream media itself, what the Elite is trying to do is snake into this main stream format of information highway by regulating articles to a 'degree of certainty'.

What I mean is, if they control the information of the digital highway media like they do with the oldschool way of 'believing everything on the tube' mass media, then they can twist it all they like.

Meaning a wolf in sheeps clothing, a snake in the grass. They want to add 'honest articles' for a certain time to 'gain trust' then when the sheeples are use to it, they will add twisted articles & bump them up to the top page.

Because it has a rank of 'truth' & people are so use to using Google that it's become 'the norm' to use, then people getting that use to the 'degree of trust' combined with the sheeple mentality equals Main Stream Media 2.0

The rest is a lie. The description & acronym POES, is something I made on the fly, but it read believable, see how easy it is? "Oh, we could just ask for references" even those can be doctored. Blind trust without question is how people become sheeple to the main stream media, don't trust the trust graph that Google is trying to implement. Like it's been suggested, use another search engine.
