Yeah, but when atomized, oxidized nucleating agents are mixed into the fuel as an efficient additive, the exhausted water vapor has the oxide-stripped nuc!eating agent to adhere to. One raindrop begets more and before you know it you've got overcast skies.

Uhhh no..... It's a giant line across the sky that lingers and slowly turns into hazey clouds not fuckin smog. There's only smog in Utah during the winter I've lived here my whole life

Why doesnt the sky look like that every day then? Theres not giant X patterns in the sky every day and thery're not in your pictures either. Normal contrails dont linger in the sky for hours on end turn into haze. I live in Salt Lake City by a major international airport so according to your logic the sky would have giant X patterns in it every day or the sky would be covered in giant lines from commuter airplanes landing at the airport.. There are days when the sky is almost completely clear and the only contrails are at high altitude and QUICKLY dissipate not linger there for hours and start covering the sky with gray haze.

Where do you live? Because in Utah its CLEAR what days they're doing this and which ones they aren't. The sky is covered in giant X's that dissipate and cover the sky in a gray haze. They usually do this for about 3-4 days out of the week around 11ish to mid afternoon. Some weeks they wont do it at all. I pay close attention every day. There are days when there are no giant X patterns in the sky and there are regular HIGH ALTITUDE contrails that dissipate within 15-20 minutes. This week they did this on a regular schedule Tuesday to Thursday for about 5 hours mid day. Its been 75-85 degrees this entire month which is extremely out of the ordinary for Northern Utah. Woke up today and its been raining the entire day... makes me pretty curious. You really haven't seen this where you live??? Looked up pictures??? Or just refused to believe thats out of the ordinary?

I never claimed to know how they do it or what its effects are. You dont have to be such a douche about it. I was merely asking what other peoples thoughts and THEORIES are on the subject and linked the wikipedia article about an instance where they have used geoengineering in the 70's. One could assume that they have been researching it since and have been testing new methods. I have looked into what cloudseeding is also so once again your arrogance isnt necessary. You dont know what chemicals they are spraying in the sky or even if they are doing it for weather modification purposes and neither do I... hence my post which was merely an INQUIRY into what other peoples thoughts are on the subject.

You should really do yourself a favor and educate yourself on what cloud seeding is, and what it isn't, as well as its limitations. Because your ignorance is showing. First, without even talking about chemicals in the air or whether they exist, i will point out your flawed logic :

Contrail paths are created everyday from normal airplanes and create the "clouds" you so easily dismiss. If you knew ANYTHING about what creates this, you would realize how fucking ignorant your statement is. Jet engines throw out hot air. Water vapor is one of the byproducts of the exhaust with the air being very humid. However, high in the atmosphere where these jets fly, the air is typically very cold -- often lower than -40 degrees Fahrenheit. The atmosphere up there is often very low vapor pressure. When a jet engine is spewing out hot, humid air into an atmosphere that is cold and has low vapor pressure, the result is condensation. The water vapor coming out of the engine quickly condenses into water droplets and then crystallizes into ice. The ice crystals are the clouds that form behind the engine. This is why the streaks are called contrails, short for "condensation trails." So before you try to dismiss an entire explanation as Coo Coo Theory, do yourself some research to save yourself from looking like the ass you do today. Only now that we understand how clouds are made normally, can we debate the injection of chemicals into the same airspace. Stupid fucking argument and you ain't even right.
