I'd love to know how their processing system works. "instantly and permanently" deleting things, even when you actually mean to, isn't exactly a simple feat.

"Due to a change in our website address" isn't a reason for why something would be deleted. It's like they're saying they just routed all form input to /dev/null 'accidentally' over that period, or the form field didn't even work. But how would you roll this out to a production server without testing it first? Jesus.
