Well, in general I agree, with some caveats, but certainly not better than the source. When the source himself, Edward Snowden gets to talk, as he has for the last several days, and says that he's is trying to get home to the US if and when he got a fair trial, that's news. The fact that he's talking about it right now gives you a clue that he's trying.

Greenwald seems a thorough journalist, with better access to Snowden than most. Excellent post from a solid source.
