Sounds more like a class issue than a race issue. If more black people were rich, they would have the same power and influence. Then they could stop trying to act like it has to do with race.

lol do you mean to tell me there's no black people that live in that "white" area and they ARENT getting the same treatment? Give me a break the statement that a rich and well developed area is "white" is racist in and of itself
