A couple of quick highlights: Copyright is lifetime plus 75 years; Internet service providers must give your name if requested by copyright holders, ISPs must remove material upon receipt of a copyright claim, and you can't sue if the claim was bogus.

This is just sick. Not that the rest isn't, but seriously.. I guess we'll be seeing a lot of independent creations disappearing (as with the DMCA takedowns of whatever with "Pixels" in title on Vimeo) in the future. Yeah, because fuck you, only we can provide entertainment .
