This was a few weeks ago... It seems pretty routine for these people to meet with each other, it's a big part of their job.

Are you implying they orchestrated the attacks on French civilians? Seems far-fetched and in bad faith (even a worse faith than Islam)

I bet those people also met dozens of times just before nothing happened.

I'm not so sure this one was perpetrated by the west, especially since Europe has been trying to accept the Muslim horde. Turning them into Tue enemy again would be counterproductive.
