Not that big actually... There are some interesting ways to grow potatoes and what's not in vertical bins/towers. Fruits might be a problem, but that depends on the climate.

Also there are many storage techniques to save your food or you can buy bulk food and store it.

I buy dried beans and rice in bulk, it really helps to fill in the gaps between seasons.

in that there is a suggestion of Turkey "funding" ISIS by purchasing their oil. that is not an arrangement that would escape notice of NATO's overlord, obviously.
