Common phrase; I used to get all worked up by watching press conferences (Boston Bombing comes to mind) of the Police Chief calling the suspects actors, but I've come to find the phrase used often.

They do train a lot these days. To be honest, with today's media culture, it's impossible to tell what's real and what's propaganda. I'd be just as surprised learning this was staged as learning it was real.

No, at the time I had commented I meant one shooter was dead. Turns out the other in the car at the time was also dead, but offscreen of the shots we were shown. Idk what happened to the last guy.

Just for my own santity. In the event this was staged and there were no real victims, how is it that the news story can go national and no one says anything? Are all of the people shown there, presumably faking, in on the con?

I would assume so. The way I figure it- no evidence here, just an idea I have had -is that people get recruited to do this through the internet. Not reached out to, but just regular people looking for jobs. Participating in a mock terrorist attack exercise. You get paid and you help the government practice catching bad guys. Sign an NDA and that's it. The threat of an NDA is generally enough to get most people not to talk about whatever they were doing.

I'm not talking about crisis actors or faking dead bodies- two people claimed as the shooters were definitely killed today. No idea who they were or could be though.

Just heard someone on ABC news say something along the lines of, "In this situations, normally they kill others, and then they kill themselves. They left the area, so let's wait to see where they die."

And then they drew parallels to what happened in France, specifically saying "they" but not referring to a group, "they are becoming more prepared, coordinating their attacks."
