I have the app on my phone set to notify me of anything over a few hundred listeners. I love it. Some nights I have it on when I go to sleep. In cases of major events I use it and find a live stream from a helicopter. You get to watch and have the most up to date information. I was watching the actual news one day while listening and they were saying some off the wall stuff about what the police were doing in the shot. If they actually listed to the scanner they'd have known how wrong they were.
