I would like to see the location on a map in relation to the shooting location, just to confirm this is at least footage at the right place, verifying the digital time, date and geo location would be the second piece I would like to know, with most law enforcement radios being encrypted these days otherwise I think it would be awesome to time sync the radio activity with the video.

All of these bits of information will never be offered by the government. If this was a truly transparent nation in regards to who monitors those in power, all of this information would be public record.

But perhaps this information could be crowdsource gathered and verified.

Could these be the responders to the shooting? Also shouldn't there be surveillance video of the shootings? Most buildings have cameras at least somewhere on the property now days.

Vid has LA Times watermark at the end, are they really reporting on this? I wonder if the video is fake somehow. It really seems real to me

I heard witnesses say three men too, this video is short and sweet. Watch it. 3 + 5. Unless this is in the minutes following and it's cops. The people talking aren't super panicky sounding though as one would expect with live rifle fire going on.
